Hi, I’m Curtis. I know what it’s like to be a parent, have a career–and feel stuck, out of shape, and overwhelmed by life and pain.

In my 20s, I was diagnosed with degenerative disc disease. I spent years sedentary, living on pain meds, and struggling to do even basic things—until I decided to take my health into my own hands. Fitness gave me my life back. Now, at 46, I’m stronger, healthier, more confident—and I help others do the same.
